★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五指山天君殿，位於觀音寺旁，有兩大不同於一般廟宇，其一，主祀神祇為王天君，玉帝封為三五火車豁落雷公，是雷部十二雷門之首，又稱雷聲應化大天尊，台灣廟宇少見神祇，宜蘭蘇澳砲台山亦有一間天君廟，其二，廟宇是由一顆大石開鑿而成，可環廟(石)一圈，工程不知耗費多少心力及人力始於建成，廟後方有一登山步道，可銜接到五指山玉皇宮，廟宇四周環境清悠，值得假日來走走

《五指山-岩洞中的神仙》
新竹北埔五指山觀音寺，天君殿非常特別，是一塊大巨岩開鑿而成的「洞中廟」，天君殿由於造形特殊，室內方正寬敞，獨樹一格，因此不僅是宗教聖地，也是重要觀光景點。
五指山因形狀宛如五根手指頭而得名，觀音禪寺則位於中指山麓手掌中心。
