★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台灣到處都是麵包店，早期麵包師傅用料都比較用心，大家比的是信譽及實實在在，但現在到處可以看到麵包店，大家比的是誰賣得比較貴，用料成本最省。
一般消費群重要的是花錢買到安全又好吃的麵包，從早餐店的白吐司就能發現，有些店家為了節省成本，用劣等的吐司當薄片，吃起來像是在咬橡皮筋一樣，質感很差。
我喜歡楊師父的麵包，吃起來感覺質感實在，口感也很好，不會像其他麵包店一樣只顧賺錢卻不顧品質，真希望楊師父能一直維持現有品質，我也繼續支持。
