★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台灣到處都是麵包店，早期麵包師傅用料都比較用心，大家比的是信譽及實實在在，但現在到處可以看到麵包店，大家比的是誰賣得比較貴，用料成本最省。
一般消費群眾要的是花錢買到安全又好吃的麵包，從早餐店的白吐司就能發現，有些店家為了節省成本，用劣等的吐司當薄片，吃起來像是在咬橡皮筋一樣，質感很差。
我喜歡"野兔"的麵包，吃起來感覺質感實在，口感也很好，不會像其他麵包店一樣只顧賺錢卻不顧品質，真希望"野兔"能一直維持現有品質，我也繼續支持。

What consumers generally want is to spend money to buy safe and delicious bread. You can find from the white toast in the breakfast shop. In order to save costs, some shops use inferior toast as slices, which tastes like they are biting rubber bands. Same, the texture is very poor.
I like "Hare" bread. It has a solid texture and good taste. I don't want to make money but ignore the quality like other bakeries. I really hope "Hare" can maintain its current quality. I will continue to support it.
