今天打電話訂外帶, 接電話的人有氣無力的說 大....埔....你....好..... 聽起來真的很讓人不想繼續點餐。 後續點套餐,不清楚餐點是如何,店員也不會說什麼,就一直還有呢 還有呢? 而且講到後面的還有呢,語調還拉高,不耐煩的樣子,之前點餐也有發生過相同的事,貴公司員工訓練須待加強。

我從這家大埔剛開幕就開始吃,這幾年來看著人一批批換,今天終於確定我再也不會來店。 先講今天的經歷。 時間:3/20 週日 下午2點 一進門,沒有任何人招呼我們,過了一下我才看到有人去拿菜單,也沒問我幾個人,是我主動講的,只跟我說「要等」「不等了菜單要還我」 這些我都可以理解,畢竟是離峰時間,但拿到菜單我真的嚇到了,怎麼可以這麼油膩這麼噁心?我趕快寫完立刻去洗手。 順帶一提,酒精瓶也超油,我本來洗完手想噴酒精,只好再去洗一次手。 接著輪到我們上座,我看著【椅子上的菜渣】真的不能理解這是讓人坐的座位,但環顧了一下沒有人看起來有空幫忙、或者在關注我們這邊,所以我自己拿衛生紙和酒精全部擦一遍了(我用自己帶的),順便在桌面上發現更多菜渣。 以上問題以前通通都沒有?並不是什麼餐廳都有的通病謝謝 再來就是用餐,我點的是不辣的。第一個豆芽菜上來我是很滿意的,看起來很飽滿,結果我吃一口就不動了,因為【竟然是辣的!!】還被我發現一片辣椒,我真的很傻眼,剩下都是我的家人幫我吃掉的,因為不想浪費食物:) 高麗菜比以前好吃,有恢復水準,但份量少很多。 然後白飯正上面有黑黑的東西,我不知道他怎麼有臉把飯端上來,我自己挑掉了。 我以為沒有更不舒服的事情了,沒想到我後來真的「哭了」。 在吃飯後期,開始有像是小火鍋店那種燃燒酒精膏的刺眼感受,我的眼睛比較敏感,我家人只是不舒服,但我直接流眼淚了,後面都盡量閉著眼睛。我不知道是油煙、洋蔥、還是在我們旁邊正在用料理機打碎的蒜頭,總之有非常刺激性的東西。 也是因為這樣我沒有和店員反應我的豆芽菜,因為我知道他可能會重新炒一份給我,但我現在立刻就想離開。 後來我飯都沒吃完就出去了。 自從一開始的那個姊姊走了之後,這家店的環境就越來越不乾淨,氣氛越來越差。 原本會成為忠實顧客就是因為乾淨又好吃,一吃成主顧,結果從去年開始味道就開始變差。 本來覺得廚師一直有在變,口味有變化是正常的,但最後幾次用餐,經歷了不帶口罩的廚師、外帶送錯餐點(還送來了我們家不吃的羊肉)、不乾淨的環境之後,前幾次就開始跟朋友家人說:「下次吃再不好吃我真的就不來了」,但今天真的是最後一次了。 我沒有打過這麼長的google評價,但我真的對我曾經的愛店非常失望。
