 Everyone who likes to eat ramen can really come and see this restaurant! ! The char siu in the ramen is very Japanese, which is one of the few flavors I rarely like? 醬油不死鹹還蠻清爽的
豚骨經典口味不用說
點地獄意外的還不錯
本身不太吃辣也可以接受
吃完有種身體熱熱的感覺
剛好還有附涼涼的綠豆湯

1.拉麵：湯頭調的剛剛好而且肉很好吃！還附溫泉蛋！第一次吃到附溫泉蛋的拉麵覺得很新鮮！而且溫泉蛋好好吃喔愛了愛了
2.綠豆湯：微糖，對於平常都喝無糖的我來說覺得讚
總結：這間新開的拉麵店直接變愛店?且他麵加大不用額外收費，對於男生來說也是CP值超高啊！推推
I passed by this newly opened ramen shop by accident, ordered soy sauce ramen and didn't know that there was mung bean soup for it until it was delivered!
1. Ramen: The soup is just right and the meat is delicious! Also comes with hot spring eggs! It was the first time I ate ramen with hot spring egg and it was so fresh! And the hot spring egg is delicious. I love it.
2. Mung bean soup: slight sugar, I like it for me who usually drink sugar-free
Summary: This newly opened ramen shop has turned into a love shop ? and there is no extra charge for increasing the size of the noodles. For boys, the CP value is also very high! push push

害我走進來前蠻忐忑不安的
後來證實一切都多慮了
一碗150的豚骨還附贈綠豆湯
要去哪找阿
不個別評論，整體中上，值得帶家人再訪
溫泉蛋的醬汁和叉燒都很厲害
尤其是叉燒，這是這幾年吃過，最日式叉燒的叉燒了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃又實惠的隱藏小店？路過看都沒人是有點怕怕，醬油豚骨個人覺得都是偏清淡的，唯一比較可惜的是細麵（個人喜好）
Delicious and affordable hidden shop? No one is a little scared when passing by, soy sauce pork bones are all bland, the only pity is the thin noodles (personal preference)

1.湯頭：太油，一入口濃濃的油味讓人皺眉，無期待中之清爽感也無鹹度，整體而言就是個偏油的中性湯
2.麵體：中規中矩，備註請調整為偏硬口感，入口後感受不到有調整的痕跡（店家menu上載明可調整硬度）
3.叉燒：退冰不完全，依然感受得到冰箱殘留冷度；略帶豬腥味且無期待中之日式叉燒口感，類水煮肉，或許是入味程度還不夠？
4.綠豆湯：沒味道，豆子偏硬
總結：令人失望，是家類日式但口味還在找自己的製麵所
Char Siew Soy Sauce Ramen
1. Soup: Too oily, the thick oily taste in the mouth makes people frown, there is no expected refreshing feeling and no saltiness, overall it is an oily neutral soup
2. Noodles: quite satisfactory, please adjust the remarks to a harder taste, and you will not feel any traces of adjustment after entering (the store menu states that the hardness can be adjusted)
3. Barbecued pork: The ice is not completely removed, and the residual coldness of the refrigerator can still be felt; it has a slightly porky smell and does not have the expected Japanese-style barbecued pork taste, similar to boiled meat, maybe the taste is not enough?
4. Mung bean soup: tasteless, the beans are hard
Summary: Disappointing, it's Japanese style but the taste is still finding its own noodle shop
