所以處處可以見到老闆的用心，有3種選項，分大小碗，連我另一半從台北回到中壢，也會早起去買來解饞
很佩服在這個時期，還努力做自己小吃的老闆。
鮮蚵大，豬腸也滷的夠味，跟很多菜市場附近的蚵仔麵線攤是不大一樣的口味，是稍輕的口味，喜歡大腸口味重有腥味的顧客可能會覺得不太夠

The fresh oyster is big, and the pork intestines are also delicious. It has a different taste from the oyster noodle stalls near many vegetable markets. It has a lighter taste. Customers who like the large intestine taste and the fishy taste may find it not enough.
