★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常之沒有水準的服務品質，如果是連鎖品牌請加以控管員工本身素質。今日下午前去用餐，站在櫃檯沒人可能可以諒解員工去上廁所，看其他桌也才剛剛取餐不久，所以正在門口等待了一下，過了3-4分鐘都沒有人來，坐在客席區的員工才願意過來，知道他外面多套一件外套可能是在休息，那可以跟我說稍等一下，非常沒有禮貌的點餐，我很有禮貌問載具是沒有回應，沒有回應，是在裝沒聽到嗎？。到用完餐都沒有另外一位同仁，只有在休息的服務員在服務，那就不能只單怪服務員臉臭。是店面人力安排上的問題，應該讓該休息就休息該上班就上班。如果原本貴公司就是這樣安排讓員工上班方式，請好好機會教育員工，做為服務業我沒有不禮貌卻要遭受店面店員的不禮貌，影響的整個品牌形象

料有嚼勁，溫溫的甜湯淋上冰淇淋一起吃很爽口

宇治金時就還好，主要吃抹茶冰淇淋；跟粉圓搭起來的口味沒很喜歡
煉蜜布丁不錯吃，各種配料味道都很鮮明
