過去時,有致電中午有休息時間嗎?因要過去辦理車險過戶 電話小姐說中午有休息時間,但會有值班人員(我就放心的出發了) 到中壢明台一開門看到旁邊會議室有在開會,有位A小姐服務我們引導我們坐在有眾多公仔的位置,很親切!會議結束後有位B小姐接手服務我們,A有跟B交接我們來是要辦什麼的,但B小姐對我們的態度不好,問我們要幹嘛的?,明明A就有跟B說明,結束時我們跟B小姐說有沒有後面已繳費的收據或資料,還是證明(因我們要跟新車主說後面車險已先繳完多少錢了,他在給我們已繳的車險費用),B小姐說沒有這東西,妳要自己算一年繳多少去除12個月,這樣妳後面費用就算出來了(因當下我們沒有一年的車險費用多少以茲證明,口頭跟對方說人家也會存疑,最後我們沒跟對方收後面車險的費用),明台產物好,但服務態度太令我失望

保險公司果然是只能給「不常出險的人事物」保的,這邊買寵物險,第一年沒出過保,第二年繼續核保,第二年出險2次,調整保費再續保,第三年寵物病童多了,有出險,但仍在出險規範次數內,卻突然來一張-不續保通知!怕賠錢就不要推寵物險產品啦,爛透了
