★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在青埔來說，這棟還真是爛阿，門廳偏一邊，保全兇到可以為了仲介帶看要收費100元，跟帶我看屋的業務員吼了20分鐘，格局也差，勉強來說外觀像個樣，給惡評剛好而已

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前去看房，那位貴為主任的女保全態度夠差夠惡劣，帶看房的業務好好跟她說話，一副高高在上的態度。看了實在噁心，就算是好的標的我也不會再看第二次。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓位置不錯，房子格局一般，最大的敗筆就是現在配合的富士康物業，尤其是現任短髮高大的女性管理員（聽說是主任？）。態度極其惡劣跋扈，禮貌盡失。一個條件中上的物件敗在大樓物業實屬可惜，條件再好，只要遇到爛物業，有誰想住？
