★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift X購買約半年, 前兩天因為充電接觸不良送修. 服務人員專業有耐心, 有問必答. 下午送修, 剛好有料, 傍晚就通知取件了. 原因是充電基座故障, 換了整片主機板, 沒有收取任何費用. 取件時有一些操作上的問題詢問, 服務人員也很用心協助. 非常優良的售後維修經驗.
The Swift X was purchased for about half a year, and the first two days were sent for repair due to poor charging contact. The service personnel are professional and patient, answering any questions. I sent it for repair in the afternoon, and it happened to be expected, and I was notified to pick it up in the evening. The reason was that the charging base was faulty and replaced There is no charge for the whole motherboard. There are some operational questions when picking up the parts, and the service personnel are also very helpful. Very good after-sales maintenance experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週一不小心打翻飲料....筆電進水...開不了機..週二送修...週四早上維修人員回報維修價格....當天下午就通知取件...效率很好啊！服務不錯、櫃檯解說也清楚....電競筆電進水，還好本身產品設計得宜...沒造成太大悲劇！
I accidentally knocked over the drink on Monday...the laptop got water...it couldn't turn on the machine...it was delivered on Tuesday...the maintenance staff reported the repair price on Thursday morning...the pick-up was notified in the afternoon of the same day... .The efficiency is very good! The service is good and the explanation at the counter is clear...the gaming laptop is flooded, but fortunately the product itself is well designed...it didn't cause much tragedy!
