整間店一如其他孫東寶門市，走一種昏暗風。但可能是因為桌面跟椅子都稍微油膩，黏黏的。因此內用環境感覺上並不算非常乾淨。
副食的品質也和其他門市如出一轍，濃湯好喝！飲料的部分感覺色素很多……
排餐的部分：煎盤有燙，給推！
難得可以在這種價位的牛排館吃到會燙口的牛排，真的不錯！
總結來說，若店家在衛生環境上可以再多用一點點心，就非常棒了！

這次點了老饕牛排 七分熟 蘑菇醬
牛排本身筋很多 大概有1/3都是筋
剩下能吃的部分切一切不到一半
雖然上桌看起來算蠻大塊的
但實際吃到的肉量超少 連女生都吃不飽
另外內用有濃湯無限暢飲
但這次喝到的濃湯會有一塊一塊的感覺
應該是粉沒有攪散所造成的結塊
唯一還有在水準上的只有餐包
內餡是甜的會爆漿 蠻不錯吃的
另外 從最一開始吃的時候
主廚牛排是150 老饕牛排是190
但現在的價格 主廚牛排是170 老饕是210
食物漲價但水準卻越來越低 越來越難吃
不知道是這個分店的問題還是每一間都這樣
覺得這個品牌真的要加油
