但這次要購買尿布也因常消費知道擺放區域,自先於二樓找,下一樓詢問7/28號夜班的蕭姓店員,跟她說要買某一款尿布一箱,她刷了條碼後說庫存只剩三包,口氣態度不佳的要我自己上二樓拿,就是找不到才下樓詢問店員,但沒關係我再次上樓後,架上只剩一包,所以請問我是要自己進倉庫找嗎?
既然已經下樓詢問,就是找不到了,那麼大家的店就算整家店只剩下蕭姓女店員與一位女店長,當下我也並沒有趕時間,整間店我進去時也只有我一個客人,外加後來進來的一位先生,(店長很熱心的幫那位先生找他需要的物品尿布),店長卻跟我說他是常客,經常找不到要的東西,所以她幫他拿。
然後我購買的尿布不是熱門商品,所以要提早打去詢問,有這樣的道理嗎?消費者怎會知道你們如何區別,店開的那麼大,商品也在架上銷售不是嗎?
還有請問一下,我也是固定去你店裡消費的客人,找不到尿布,你們卻用兩套標準,去對待客人。
你們做服務業的,客人去消費也不是這樣回答問題的吧!
另外,刷庫存回只剩三包(我還跟店員說那就先帶三包有貨通知在取剩下的),因我找不到後,蕭姓店員才再次去倉庫看有沒有剩於一包確實有搬出一整箱,請問你們管理上未入庫盤點未確實,這是消費者問題嗎? 如果不想銷售,就直接告知,就不買了。
跟你們消費那麼久了,遇到這位口氣態度很囂張店員,真的讓人很傻眼...

我們走進去消費當時店裡一個客人都沒有,是藥師先來服務我們,我們想買維他命c,藥師很熱情的和我們說優惠及好壞,到這裡為止都還算ok,好了來了就下來的體驗就非常的差,藥師刷了維他命c發現和我們講的優惠沒了,於是來問我們要不要換一款或是選擇別的購物方式,這之間來來回回好幾次問店員,店員都愛理不理的(藥師也搞不清楚優惠活動)好~這就算了,至少藥師很熱情。
結帳時因為卡片的問題,藥師不太會操作,叫了店員好幾次請店員幫忙,結果兩個店員都在玩具那區不知道在講什麼(我走過去時看到兩個店員在那)這時店裡也沒客人啊?為什麼不過去幫忙藥師,還要客人在那邊等,然後藥師叫的時候也不過去?我不管店員和藥師有什麼摩擦,但是牽扯到客人就是不對啊?傻眼,真的超傻眼??????
真的是超級不好的購物體驗,怎麼會有素質這麼差的店員,你們自己私下的問題請不要帶給客人好嗎?真的超差勁的? ? ? ? ?
