請他們幫忙客戶，卻一臉我不知道，那是你跟別站在問題。感覺客人就像知道他們後台如何處理一樣。
有時間在討論客人的股票，卻沒時間幫客人處理問題。
以為評價說很親切放心的去，結果原來群益的專業就是分清楚(中壢站也說他們當然要分清楚)。這種服務真的要考慮這些員工是否有留下來的必要。
