打電話過去,接電話的人員態度很隨便.. 電話客服的態度不因該是這樣 我說我找某某某,他說他可能在忙給你分機你自己撥好了,給完我分機後就直接掛電話了?! 我第一次遇到銀行客服是這樣有點傻眼。

超沒效率。 開戶抽了號碼牌等了半小時,完全沒叫號。走去問門口保全,保全大哥請我們直接到櫃檯詢問,小姐才說馬上找人處理。後來到了旁邊小櫃檯,詢問小姐為什麼這麼久,小姐回應。櫃檯都很忙(但我抽的是1號籤),完全沒有不好意思的感覺,從頭到尾辦了快1小時才搞定,員工沒有服務業的感覺,對工作亦不熱誠,中間要解釋帳號,電話一直響完全聽不到說明內容。很差的體驗。近10年來最糟糕的經驗。

服務態度超差,一顆星都不想給。除了號碼牌等超久,專業素質也超爛。員工連自家銀行的知識都沒訓練好。如果是新人還沒上手,那起碼服務也要有熱誠。只是應新公司的需求去開個戶,正正當當的一個理由,等超久的才叫到了開戶櫃檯前,就在櫃檯前兩個櫃人居然把我晾在台前,互推責任、不理不睬。女的叫男的處理、男的低頭裝忙數紙,重複數了約莫3-5分鐘,忍不住問:哈囉!你們到底是要不要辦?女的叫男的辦,男的又推說:等一下! 這就是元大銀行的服務?!跑了銀行十幾年真的第一次遇過這款的服務。 專業不足的地方:男櫃員一開始說我已經開過網路銀行。我說:那是用信用卡登入的,我連帳戶都還沒開過,哪來的網路銀行?男櫃員似乎並不明白自家銀行的app功能,堅持那是一樣的。 接著開始設定帳戶,一段時間後,男櫃員又叫我寫一下網路銀行代號,我反問:你剛剛不是說我有網銀開通了嗎?為何又需要網銀代號? 男櫃員愣一下改說:那就空白不用設定了。當下我就覺得很奇怪,因為我根本是第一次來開戶,哪來的之前已開通網銀?沒帳戶能開通網銀?完全不合邏輯。所以要離開前又跟男櫃員確認:你確定我網銀有開通?(心裡想著:我不想再跑來你們這家超爛的分行了)男櫃員居然以超不耐煩的口氣回答:是。斬金截鐵一個字,完全就是不想理人的態度。回到家馬上登錄網銀的結果:靠!網頁顯示:你的帳戶無開通網銀,請持存摺與身分證前往鄰近分行辦理! TMD! 銀行櫃員素質低成這樣,真的令人怒火中燒。 元大銀行的員工素質如此之腐爛,錢放在這家銀行真的令人擔憂。決定薪資一轉進來,馬上轉出去比較安全。 再補充一點關於態度與專業:設定好文件時,男櫃員叫我確認一下內容,正確請簽名。我說:公司行號我寫錯了,可以修改嗎?回:不方便修改。是按妳寫的設定的。我:是我寫錯了,但你要我檢查確認,我發現錯誤,若不能修改,要確認的意義在哪? 此時男櫃員眼神超不耐煩(他帶著口罩都能用眼神演戲了) 一把搶過去那張紙說:好,我幫你重設。 這家銀行到底是怎麼了?有大人可以出來管一管嗎? 很少寫評論,覺得各行各業都是辛苦,但面臨這種服務,不評不行!

每次來都要等超久,又不得不來,開了兩個櫃檯,兩個櫃檯都有客人,但30分鐘沒流動欸,太誇張,這是我每個月都要跑5間以上銀行裡遇過效率最差的銀行,且始終如一,真是不得了。(銀行能被評負評的真是了不得)

辦理開戶的短頭髮小姐服務態度超差,顧客詢問問題結果一問三不知,還要顧客稍等一下打給主管做確認,再來,已經提前網路線上預約了,也準時抵達櫃台,結果前面客人還沒辦完,讓其他乖乖預約的顧客跟傻子一樣坐在那邊乾等至少20分鐘,那請問線上網路預約的用意在哪裡? 預約11:00 11:24才輪到,一般辦理開戶,時間要快一個鐘頭跑不掉,也不知道是員工的教育訓練有問題,還是說是那位女員工的個人問題因素,不想要因為處理開戶而耽誤到自己的中午用餐時間,總之是很糟糕的一次辦理開戶經驗......
