一杯360CC要20元，我真的想不到為什麼我不去買7-11茶裏王紅茶一樣20元還是600CC，而且還比較好喝
厚片吐司原本25元，調漲成40元，調漲幅度為60%
你說你的吐司有換，但...吃起來真的沒什麼差別
物價調漲，工資上漲，這些我們都知道，但是你的幅度超越太多，只會讓消費者覺得老闆賺很大
最終，消費者只會調整購買頻率及習慣，以我來說，我就不再點飲料，一個禮拜購買3次可能改為1次

昨天第一次跟我妹妹來這家店吃，當時覺得除了價格有點小貴外餐點都很美味，所以今天又來造訪。
我們點了很多東西其中包含兩杯小鮮奶茶，結果當我妹妹將飲料喝完後發現她的杯底有一塊紅色的不明物體，當下我們也立即和店員反映，店員也取回後拿了一杯新的給我們並且和我們道歉，事情就到這裡完了嗎，不還有。
我們剛拿到新的飲料，就有一名應該是主管的女士走到我們面前，用很大的音量說：「妹妹，我們店里的飲料是不可能出現這種東西的。」當下我就很疑惑，也回答她但是我們確實是喝到了啊，她又反駁道：「可能薯泥起司蛋餅裡有胡蘿蔔在你喝的時候不小心掉進去吧！」問題是蛋餅是我的，且我們根本沒有互喝飲料！！我也這樣回答，後來那位女士也離開了，但嘴裡還持續在碎碎念。
我不清楚這是貴店的待客之道還是如何，但這是一場極差的服務體驗，且我們沒有窮到有必要白嫖妳一杯飲料。
