平鎮區國民黨黨部原址辦公室建築是民國50年由國民黨出資興建，土地是向原平鎮市公所租用，去年(2016)9月因平鎮區公所表示地方有興建里民活動中心的需求，經區長與市黨部多次協調，市黨部報請國民黨中央，經國民黨中常會討論後，決定無償將地上物捐贈區公所,平鎮區公所區長何明光表示，未來將於黨部舊址興建一樓集會所，二樓親子館，三樓是公共託嬰中心的綜合大樓。

The original office building of the Kuomintang Party Department in Pingzhen District was built by the KMT in 50 years of the Republic of China. The land was leased from the former Pingzhen Municipal Office. Last September (2016), the Pingzhen District Public Office stated that there was a local need to build a Limin Activity Center. The mayor coordinated with the municipal party department several times. The municipal party department reported to the KMT Central Committee. After discussions at the KMT Central Committee, it decided to donate the above-mentioned objects to the district public office for free. The first floor assembly hall, the second floor parent-child pavilion, and the third floor is a comprehensive building of a public childcare center.
