★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家是有賣各式火鍋的鵝肉城，包括溪湖（帶骨羊肉）羊肉爐，砂鍋魚頭，各種雞湯，現切鵝肉，一些快炒。
麻油炒水蓮加了很多薑絲，味道還可以。鵝肉的部位剛好是我喜歡的瘦肉。羊肉湯頭選了蒜頭湯，湯頭清爽不油膩，肉質有點硬，羊肉帶骨且帶皮，不是溪湖吃到的那種羊肉片。沾醬是傳統羊肉爐的沾醬。
This is a goose meat city that sells all kinds of hot pot, including Xihu (mutton with bone) mutton stove, casserole fish head, various chicken soups, freshly cut goose, and some quick stir-fries.
The fried water lotus in sesame oil added a lot of shredded ginger, and the taste was okay. The goose part happens to be the lean meat I like. The mutton soup was selected with garlic soup. The soup was refreshing and not greasy, the meat was a bit tough, and the mutton had bone and skin, not the kind of mutton slices eaten in Xihu. The dipping sauce is the dipping sauce for the traditional lamb stove.

This time I ordered my father's favorite dishes, ginger tripe, braised small rolls, fried tofu, and one of the basic Hakka dishes is pickled cabbage soup. If you are hungry and don't know what to eat, or you are too lazy to cook your usual home-cooked food.
