第一個醫生說是鼻前庭炎，吃了藥還是很腫，複診是不同醫生，說是過敏。
後來越來越腫，跑去壢新急診，醫生說可能是對診所醫生開的藥過敏...
最後回花蓮的診所診斷，醫生判斷是鼻唇囊腫，去慈濟照CT得到結果也是。
Early January with swollen nose and lips
The first doctor said that it was nasal vestibulitis, and it was still very swollen after taking medicine. The follow-up consultation was a different doctor, saying it was allergy.
Later, it became more and more swollen, and went to Lixin emergency room. The doctor said that it might be an allergy to the medicine prescribed by the clinic doctor...
Finally, I went back to the clinic in Hualien for a diagnosis. The doctor judged that it was a nasolabial cyst. I went to Tzu Chi for a CT scan and got the result.

缺點：旁邊的汽車停車場繳費機不佳、遇到問題找不到現場客服，打電話去找客服；但客服的服務不好，無法給客戶處理好停車之問題。
Physician Chen is very patient in treating patients.
Disadvantages: The payment machine of the car parking lot next to it is not good, and the on-site customer service cannot be found when there is a problem, so call to find the customer service; but the customer service is not good and cannot handle the parking problem for the customer.

The registered lady is kind, courteous, and makes people feel at ease. I admire the doctor's attentive, dedicated and professional attitude. The pharmacist took the trouble to solve my doubts and enthusiastically assist me to solve the problem. Today, I brought 2 family members who tested positive for the quick test to the clinic for a video consultation with the doctor. The first experience kept me busy without panic. Thank you to all the clinics for their dedicated and kind service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 告知孩子不舒服 能否先看診 櫃臺告知急診費+700（我花700我去急診醫院不就好了）
也請小姐下次能同理點看下孩童狀況調整動作，如果孩子是ㄧ般感冒 我們也是願意多久都等的，卡在人已經不舒服了?
我當下查了下ㄧ般診所急診、診所更本不能超收到200以上啊⋯給急診費我當然願意但是疫情期間超收真的沒人能接受！

請問一下你們亂收跟超收$700的急診費
跟你們常常捐錢給團體有什麼相關？
還有我的孩子你已經呼吸困難和頭痛的狀態 差3號了 才問你們急診費用問題不是嗎？結果更本健保那沒說能收這款項啊⋯
