開在自家門前的小吃攤,純米蘿蔔糕的口感不是蓋的,裡面的蘿蔔絲也給的很大方,每一口都吃得到。 煎得焦焦脆脆的蘿蔔糕,打個蛋之後再淋上蒜頭醬油。吃完馬上想再來一份啊~ 不過只有老闆一人為大家服務,所以如果是假日前往的話,要有稍候一下的心理準備喔。

這裡的“無菜單” 不是每個人頭多少錢的收費方式,而是沒有菜單,能點的菜色要看老闆當天有什麼食材, 我們到的時候大約快中午,老闆說,今天本來要來幫忙的人臨時沒來,只有他一個人,所以只能提供蘿蔔糕,雞湯,魚湯和青菜,我們只有 2 個人,老闆建議煮魚湯,因為土雞要現殺,比較費時,而且我們一定吃不完,所以我們就點了魚湯,蘿蔔糕和青菜。 魚湯的湯頭很鮮美,完全沒有魚腥味,除了魚的鮮甜,淡淡的味噌味,還有一點點酒香,很好喝,一大碗才 200 元。 蘿蔔糕更是特別,因座位就在老闆的料理檯旁邊,清楚看到老闆用熱炒店的炒鍋“翻炒”蘿蔔糕,高高的將蘿蔔糕從鍋中拋高高,再落回炒鍋中,蘿蔔糕是老闆自己做的,用的油也是自己做的豬油,再加雞蛋下去煎,真的很好吃哦! 蘿蔔糕一人份 40 元。 這裡的招牌是應該是粽子,蘿蔔糕,自養土雞肉和薑母鴨,但要來吃最好先預訂, 才能確保吃到你想吃的料理哦! 雖然用餐環境真的很“懷舊”, 就是在老闆家門口吃飯,但老闆超親切的,雞鴨都是老闆自己養的,所以料理都是天然健康食材哦! 2020/02/12 補述: 上星期日~跟老闆預約來吃放山雞,我們請老闆一半煮雞湯,一半做白斬雞。 雞湯超級濃郁的!裡面就只有雞肉和曬長豆子,老闆說他什麼調味料都沒加,湯頭的鮮甜完全是來自於雞肉,至於些許的鹹是來自於曬豆子,所以說~這是一鍋完全天然的健康雞湯呢! 我們只有 2 個人,老闆建議,另半隻雞先不要切,因為還有炒青菜和白飯,怕我們吃不完,他說~吃完雞湯和青菜,如果還吃得下,他再幫我們切白斬雞。 果然~湯太好喝了,我們整鍋吃光光,單單用雞湯拌白飯就超下飯的,連平常很少吃白飯的我都吃了一碗飯呢!當然~另一半雞肉就打包回家囉!
