★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun to climb Rotary circling stairs though no need to stay up for long since height doesn’t increase views in significant ways. Also some branches jab loudly at the top makes it unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what’s the purpose of this pavilion tower. It’s too low to see the dam and reservoir. It also lets you feel dizzy when you walking along stair up with rotation. You better walk up slowly to be less dizzy. Hope this tower can be a little taller to be useful
