公司方面都還算不錯,可是有嚴重越南人,剛開始對新人很好,可是一陣子就本性就跑出來了,會欺壓跟兇,罵,小動作很多,很會做表面給領班看,會超休,自已的錯都推給新人跟亂講話,公司不處理了,新人都跑光光了,所以職場霸凌很嚴重………… 公司是很重視台灣人可是也放任台灣人一直被越南人欺負…………
