★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常爛的客服，隨便嗆人，早上打電話去說下午要來修，結果根本沒來，打電話去了還一堆理由，說不來修了，根本是在莊孝維。浪費別人時間，當別人都不用上班沒有事情要忙一樣。
Very bad customer service, choking casually, I called in the morning to say that I would come to repair in the afternoon, but it didn't come at all. I called and gave a bunch of reasons. Wasting other people's time is like when others don't have to go to work and have nothing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服態度很差。木川抽水馬達安裝兩年多無法作動。致電就說馬達壞了，請益排除錯誤也不耐煩直說就是故障，後來請木川技師處理測試也僅是電路板壞掉只要花1千多換版，以後要請和富電機服務的請三思，只要過了一年和富自家保固就會直接說壞掉也不會幫忙處理
The customer service attitude is very poor. The Kikawa pump motor has been installed for more than two years and cannot be operated. Called and said that the motor is broken, please remove the error and be impatient to say that it is a fault. Later, I asked a technician from Muchuan to handle the test, but the circuit board was broken and it only took more than 1,000 yuan to change the version. As long as one year has passed, Hefu's own warranty will directly say that it is broken and will not help to deal with it.
