我希望桃客可以改進的是不論有沒有出團成功，起碼也一個禮拜前通知一下遊客吧！讓遊客傻傻的等，最後得到這種令人失望的答案。大家出門都想要快快樂樂的出門，平平安安的回家。這是我第一次向桃客報名，但也是最後一次了。謝謝 貴司讓我這樣的經驗談。
In mid-September of this year, I signed up for the Alishan group (expected to depart on 10/19), and the system letter immediately responded to my successful online registration. The letter explained that the service staff would contact me as soon as possible. It was almost three days before the departure day, and the service staff did not contact me. Of course, I just dialed to ask and learned that the tour had been cancelled. The above is the registration process this time.
What I hope that Taoke can improve is to inform the tourists at least one week in advance, regardless of whether the group is successful or not! Let the tourists wait foolishly, and finally get this disappointing answer. Everyone wants to go out happily and go home safely. This is the first time I have signed up with Taoke, but it is also the last time. Thank you for letting me talk about this experience.
