醫生話非常多,很愛碎念病人,技術是一回事,但態度真的不會讓人想去看第二次,病人是去檢查牙齒的,不是去聽你唸的,去的時候一直被醫生唸說舌頭太大,但有些話說一次就夠了,一直說只會讓人感覺很差。

櫃台牙助小姐到底是怎了?誰欠你幾百萬嗎? 尤其年輕的那幾個 每次臉都臭得要命 還翻白眼 講話回答愛理不理 並不是說客人至上以客為尊 但基本的禮貌要有吧? 還是妳出生環境沒有教給你? 尊重專業但至少要有基本禮貌素質吧?

今天去抽蛀牙神經~我的神經位子長歪了!醫生一直找不到,醫生很有耐心的幫我拍了一張又一張的照片,找了2個小時~整個診所的員工都因為我沒好好吃晚餐,也沒有休息!~真的很不好意思,但真的非常謝謝醫生沒放棄的幫我治療,最後終於找到要抽得神經了,也完成治療了⋯真的太開心了!真的該給醫生一個讚?

非常糟糕的就診感受,廖醫師的技術如何我不知道,患者沒理解你的治療方案,說了2-3次如果他沒抽好神經就轉診去其他地方做植牙,(讓患者覺得我可能抽神經抽不好喔,我提前跟你說了,你要有心裏準備)我來就診是為了讓你來轉診???問了幾個問題就覺得病患搞不懂狀況,就要我接受把牙齒補一補就好,病患想尋求較佳的治療方案難道不應該?想搞清楚問些問題,要求今天先不補,可能也懶得跟我解釋了,就叫患者去其他地方看,出診間看了時間前後10分鐘不到,等醫生還等了3-4分鐘⋯說了3種方案要患者在這麽短時間決定⋯如果醫生做久了,一點耐心都沒有了不如就退休吧⋯
