原本在網路上搜尋時,看到網站上面的介紹,已經覺得貝格爾的環境、課程安排和小朋友照顧都很好,讓我當下就直接加入LINE,詢問青埔館的開業時間,(現在真的後悔加入時沒有直接報名,因為當時開業時間讓心急找托嬰的媽媽沒辦法等待),可是今天拜訪參觀聽完董執行長的介紹後,真的讓我覺得就算要等待也是值得的。 以下幾點真的是讓我愛上貝格爾托嬰中心 1.水洗屁屁,平常在家,我家小朋友就是水洗屁屁,讓小朋不會因為衛生紙的過度摩擦而受傷。 2.無腸病毒傳染停課和課後的環境衛生,小朋友都是爸媽心中的寶,只要小小感冒,都很緊張也很捨不得,而且像我這樣職業婦女加上小家庭,真的很怕小朋友突然放假,而且還一次放一個星期,讓媽媽很難找工作,找到工作也很難生存,可是貝格爾從來沒有因為腸病毒而停課,每週都還提供次氯酸水讓小朋友帶回家,讓小朋友不管在哪裡都可以享受一下安全的衛生環境。 3.分班不照年齡,而是照小朋友的成長,雖然都說,幾個月的小朋友就該會做什麼事,但是,每個小朋友的發展都不一樣,沒有標準答案,照成長分班讓小朋友可以更安全更無壓力的成長,也讓家長因爲同儕關係下更了解當下小朋友成長會遇到的問題和解決方式 4.不是只跟小朋友說NO和不行,而是引導小朋友不行外,還可以如何處理,這一點是生第一胎媽媽的我,很需要的,因為我總是跟小朋友說NO,可是我卻沒辦法怎麼引導小朋友除了NO之後還可以怎麼做。 5.除了環境安全外,托嬰費用也是讓媽媽很放心,原本以為這樣的托嬰費用會很高,會讓一般家庭沒辦法負荷,可是沒想到費用卻是一般。

參觀說明日當天托嬰中心內雖然還在籌設中尚未完成,但是有提供完整的館內介紹及它館圖說,同時說明整個貝格爾托嬰中心皆有訂定標準作業流程及標準配備、有完整的師資培訓流程、獨立行政庶務團隊,這幾點是讓我很認同也覺得值得信賴,可預期的青埔館將與它館擁有相同的規劃設施及行政照護流程,也是讓我可以安心的在參觀日當天就預約入托。 對父母來說未來寶寶在中心的時間都可以線上觀看是一大放心,而週六的臨托服務對沒有後援的父母也是一大福音。 當然所有依照寶寶發展規劃的引導課程及教具,還有安全衛生的環境,讓我能感覺寶寶在這裡可以平安快樂的學習成長

前陣子因為要準備返回職場,開始研究托嬰中心,青埔附近沒有公拖,私拖也很少,參觀一些私拖後不是要排太久就是我認為環境不太OK,偶然間發現貝格爾即將要進駐青埔,這間托嬰中心在台北的好評早已從朋友那聽說過,所以立馬設法聯繫貝格爾,因為是連鎖體系,所以就算是還在籌備中,中心的管道還是可以聯繫的,無論是LINE或是電話聯繫,對方都很有禮貌且有問必答,簡單留了一些資料,心中期待著他們的電話通知。 終於中心捎來了即將開辦說明會的好消息,也沒有遺漏我們立馬來電預約好時間,當天是由新店館及安康館的執行長親自予我們說明,簽到時包含我們自己只有3組家長,本以為可能是距離開幕還有一段時間所以還沒有很多人得到消息,但就在說明會快結束時已經有下一輪的家長到來等候,才知道原來貝格爾是刻意一輪只安排三組家長,光是想像一整天下來執行長可能要解說好幾輪的說明就覺得不可思議!此時才驚覺到貝格爾願意對爸媽這樣實行小組小組的說明,就是反映了他們的教學理念,除了能夠兼顧到現場所有的家長,也能讓爸爸媽媽能更自在的提問,這樣尊重家長的部分,如同他們所強調的師生比一樣,讓我更相信他們能夠注意到每個小Baby的需求,不由得讓我對貝格爾好感度UP UP提升。 而貝格爾的環境與設備我想真的是我參觀過的托應中心中數一數二的,環境部分十分乾淨、安全且舒適,過程提到中心每天從大環境到小玩具都會全面消毒,讓人有想要馬上託付寶寶給他們的念頭。更別說擁有專業執照或是相關背景的師資,以及行政及膳食等事務能與代班老師業務分開,也是對寶寶的多一份保障。其中執行長提到貝格爾新店館曾創下2年都沒有停課的紀錄!這點讓我印象深刻,當了家長後才體會到寶寶生病的嚴重性,不只寶寶難過爸媽更是各種傷心心疼,貝格爾能做到這點,不僅是因為中心環境維護的好,同時中心還會教導家長如何共同努力維護寶寶的健康!這點讓我非常中意!許多家長都認為托嬰中心就是病毒交流中心…大家都擔心上托嬰後寶寶會因為交叉感染感冒許久,而怪罪會感冒都是托嬰中心惹的禍...但寶寶的健康不僅僅是托嬰中心要協助降低風險,家長自身在家的維護也很重要,共同秉持這個理念相信能讓中心的孩子們都能健康地天天開心去上課。 經過這次的說明會,在我心中已經沒有其他托嬰中心能取代貝格爾了,現在只能繼續抱著滿心期待,等著貝格爾青埔館開幕那一天的到來!
