桃園市歷史悠久南門市場內傳統美食,起初路過幾次看到許多人排隊入座,都會吸引我的注意目光與好奇心,今日與太太剛好看到攤位旁有座位即刻入座,看到周邊用餐的民眾都點了什錦麵與什錦粥,我也選了什錦麵來享用,什錦麵的湯頭鮮美份量適中,當早餐是最暖心暖胃的,麵中用料的豬肝十分新鮮軟硬適中,蚵仔與蝦肉皆很美味新鮮,或許是身在傳統南門市場地利之便,新鮮海鮮與美味食材容易取得,炸豬肝在咀嚼中散發豬肝層次香氣,炸紅燒肉外酥內軟也是必嚐美味,再加上老闆獨特製作沾醬有畫龍點睛效果,老闆說你看的到的冷藏櫃上食材,皆是可以新鮮現炸馬上享用的喔,唯油鍋靠近用餐區,隨然會聞到油炸的味道,有些美中不足之處,但聞到的是兒時阿嬤家廚房回憶的香味,有機會一定要來品嚐喔。

喜歡探訪各地傳統市場,只是想嚐嚐在地人日常的小吃,不是聲名遠播的名店,也不一定有著非常獨特或誇張打卡的餐點外觀,不難發現不少有著簡單樸實,以真材實料呈現出古早味,伴隨著當地人的成長,傳統市場小吃用餐環境有改善空間,卻是當地大叔大媽一輩子不可或缺記憶。 來到桃園區南門市場,這是家第二代在經營的菜市場美食小吃,早一波婆婆媽媽已然離開,我悠哉享庶民版澎湃早午餐,好吃想吃全端上桌,現作紅糟燒肉+韮菜條+雞捲+湯米粉,雞捲有著說不出古早味,猜得出應該含有雞肝,口感粉粉蘸上店家獨家沾醬好吃,讚!....

這家位於南門市場內,小小的攤位客人卻不曾間斷過。賣的是以海鮮為主的麵與粥類,還有炸物類(小菜),我喜歡他們家的什錦麵跟豬肝麵然後再來幾盤炸物,會讓人大喊滿足~爽!時常跟老闆聊天,也會注意他櫥窗裡面的擺放食材。他們的海鮮真的是選用好的來提供給消費者,所以單價會比較高(一分錢一分貨),老闆的海鮮類品質是一定有的,麵的湯頭也不錯,豬肝,鮮蚵,花枝,劍蝦都可以當炸物,另外也有雞捲,韭菜捲,炸豆腐等可以搭配。口味很獨特,記得要沾上生辣椒醬油(加分),這家我常常去品嚐,因為覺得他們家的食材品質有在顧,應該是第二代接手了,一對熱情的兄弟檔互相配合,這個味道值得推薦給你,早上約6:30至7點就有營業了。吃碗麵配個小菜炸物,莫過於人生一大享受吧~知足常樂~????????⭐⭐⭐⭐
