★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在Google看到貴單位評價很好，12/18因為有消費糾紛打電話來諮詢，豈料服務人員王小姐一直跟我說沒辦法，民眾就是因為不知道可以如何處理才致電諮詢，但獲得的回應是「沒辦法」或是「難道你要告他嗎？告他要付律師費喔」、還說「1400元是小錢」等這種說詞。
讓人不解貴單位的成立不就是旨在幫助民眾的嗎？怎麼態度、口氣都一副讓人覺得被瞧不起⋯⋯
但我還是肯定貴單位的善意，我只是運氣不好，遇到不適合的服務人員，所以給予2顆星。
I saw that your company’s evaluation was very good on Google. On December 18th, there was a consumer dispute calling for consultation, but the service staff, Miss Wang, kept telling me that there was no way. People called for consultation because they didn’t know what to do. The response was "No way" or "Are you going to sue him? You will have to pay lawyer fees", and "1400 yuan is a small amount of money."
Isn’t your organization set up to help the people? No matter how the attitude and tone of voice make people feel looked down upon...
But I still affirm the kindness of your organization. I just had bad luck and met the unsuitable service staff, so I gave 2 stars.
