這家的醫生看到全口x光片有兩顆補綴物下蛀牙直接順便挖掉重補了,簡直受寵若驚! 最近剛拆矯正器看了幾十次蛀牙,別的牙醫要有症狀要病人提醒才願意看一下,有看到也一次只治療一顆,多的下次再來。更別說根本看不到蛀牙,可能沒有認真看吧?

做了齒雕歷經幾個星期終於好了 很高興 使用狀態目前都良好 昨日去看診 處理蛀牙 都沒告知是「哪幾顆牙」需要處理 就直接「磨」了 也處理 也補牙了 病患不是應該要「知道」哪些牙齒,有蛀牙情況較為嚴重需要處理 ? 還是要不要處理的決定權在於醫師的判斷嗎? 這真的沒有違法嗎? 隨隨便便搜尋一下... 《病人自主權利法》第4 條第1 項更規定「病人對於病情、醫療選項及各選項之可能成效與風險預後,有知情之權利。對於醫師提供之醫療選項有選擇與決定之權利。」 還是因為看我本人看起來像是學生? 預約好時間後 也都很不錯會在前一天打電話告知 除了我第一次預約沒有告知以外 其餘都有告知 若未接到 在忙 也會兩三通 這點相當貼心! 前日接到診所電話和我說:可以提早來嗎? 我也答應了 (大約提早45分鐘) 但昨日等下來就是 跟原本預約的時間 還要晚到三十分才輪到我 所以我總計在那邊等了一小時多 也能理解前面的病患有緊急狀況需要處理等等 所以拖延到了 但令人覺得...為什麼要提早來 還不是等了更久?工作都沒辦法做.. 看牙醫真的要...空出很多時間 儘管你有沒有預約 你不會知道前面的病患怎麼了... 醫生和牙助小姐都很不錯 櫃檯小姐也很親切 牙助小姐會很詳細的說明 做齒雕的價格 以及主要實體長什麼樣子 醫生也會在結束後 跟你說 吃什麼要避免 再次看診時也會問有沒有其他不舒服等等 這些感受我都覺得很棒 但是發生在我身上的事情似乎都不太好.. 我是原本預約4/30 17:45然後被改約17:00 怕你們會回覆:「沒有我的就診紀錄」

【等候時間】 因為突發狀況,緊急情況下才臨時去了這間牙醫初診。 但是因為客滿(沒預約)的情況下等待了將近2小時。 【初印象】 內裝非常奢華,還有電梯。 但病人都走樓梯,只有看到負責清潔的阿姨使用。 【櫃台】 接待人員看起來有點年紀和資歷, 服務態度還算友好但不到親切的程度。 有位老婆婆想爭取早一點回診,但櫃檯告知預約已滿沒辦法。 老婆婆還是說能不能通融一下? 然後櫃台就不耐煩了。 【診療室】 器材設備看起來都很新,但是... 其一 味道 在照牙齒X光片時有聞到臭味,不曉得是不是口水沒清潔乾淨。 要咬著塑膠片站在那裡不動然後一直聞著臭味還蠻難受的...。 其二-1 水 躺在診療椅上時發現椅子上有水, 不知道是前一位漱口時流下的還是治療時噴出來的... ps.後來回診去的時候也再次遇到相同情況。 其二-2 灰塵 因為整台可移動式診療椅都是白色的, 所以坐、躺在上面的時候可以明顯看到有一層灰落在上面。 ps.後來回診去的時候也再次遇到相同情況。 【醫師和牙助】 一樓男醫師感覺很熱心會很仔細和病人說明也會和櫃檯交接清楚,但是一直重複和病人說相同的內容,感覺診療時間不斷被拉長。 二樓女醫師某種程度會和你說明,但不會給人特別親切的感覺,就是一板一眼的印象。 牙助都是女性看起來都很年輕且漂亮(不知道是不是有刻意挑過)。 一樓的牙助給人感覺蠻冷漠的,除了非必要不會特別與你搭話。 二樓的牙助給人感覺很親切,在診療室外決定下次療程預約時會主動過來蹲下跟你說明和解釋,說話和態度都比櫃台人員來得客氣。 【客群】 看起來都是中年至老年居多,幾乎沒有看到30歲以下的顧客。 以上,為主觀感受。僅供參考。 我是覺得不壞但也沒有到很好,不會非去這間不可的感覺。 然後比起一般牙齒治療,感覺較偏向主要以一些高價位項目的療程為主。 希望能提供其他人參考也希望診所能改進一些問題。

Best dental clinic in Taoyuan. Great environment and friendly staff. Dr.Yang speaks excellent English and explains every step of the treatment carefully. Had a wonderful experience with this clinic.

I had a crack in my filling that was causing discomfort in a molar. Dr. Yang was amazing in scheduling me so quickly for an appointment. I was in and out within an hour, and that's including X-rays being taken. He explained everything he was doing as he went, so there were no surprises. Dr. Yang is also fluent in English, so native-English speakers don't be discouraged to see him because of a lack of Chinese!

Great family dentist! We brought our 4 and 6 years old and they had a great experience! I also had a cleaning here and it was a great experience! And a plus is the dentist can understand my broken Chinese and English! Definitely our new family dentist!
