★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通意外因傷者跟我不太懂強制出險的意思所以答應傷者出險由我處理,小姐先遞給我申請書,寫好後一位業務跟我說因為強制險是政府規定保護對方的保險所以要傷者自行來申請,但還是會義務性傳簡訊通知他們自行來辦,所以你們都沒有要打電話向對方解釋為什麼要他們自己辦強制出險嗎,我只要求這一塊而已,而且覺得業務很沒有耐性解釋,覺得因為是強制險而已並不是任意險沒什麼業績的感覺!!
