★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超級爛店家，只不過是簽了一台不是這家店買的捷安特單車去問可不可以處理座管螺絲滑牙問題，老闆竟然回我自己找公司處理.....再問那可以換零件或是修嗎？老闆回我 哪邊買哪邊處理（配上趕乞丐的手勢） 都是捷安特 也不是要你免費 是在趕三小？
2019/01/29補充 :所以這位經銷商老闆，您目前若有生病都是去接生您的醫院就診?您的汽車機車若在中南部拋錨，您會執意拉回北部您買車的地方?有任何生活上的疑難雜症都會執意到原廠服務不選擇經銷商或其他的服務據點????會選擇捷安特就是因為據點多，您現在跟我說您是經銷商不是直營商所以服務被打折???看來我們應該投訴到捷安特總公司 不要再讓劣質經銷商破壞整個捷安特的聲譽!!!拜託 這種做生意心態麻煩不要再掛捷安特招牌 整個形象都給打爛了

Now you tell me that you are a dealer, not a direct dealer, so the service is Discounted??? It seems that we should complain to Giant head office not to let inferior dealers ruin the reputation of Giant!!!
