可是我拿的藥全部都是自費的，快要4000元(自費的藥，還包括一袋 自費的防疫茶 跟我的病情沒有相干)，
那為什麼還要收我掛號費。
確定 健保卡是這樣使用的嗎

The doctor is full of skill; I think it is health insurance until I get the medicine at the checkout. I don’t know that I have to pay for medicinal materials; and will directly add other health care products without asking, and will not be notified; the cost of a person starts at 3,000 yuan.
