The attitude at the counter is very, very, very, very, very poor. Whether it is an elderly person or a patient, shouldn’t you, as a clinic’s counter staff or nurse, have to explain patiently? What's that tone and attitude? If your face is bad and your attitude is bad, why do you come to the service industry?
