總會出現話語⋯謝謝或不客氣。
讓人感覺很溫馨
但現在在16:30的時候大門⋯
只有謾罵或警告罰鍰,
覺得真的如果有話的話⋯可以好好說嗎⋯

菸味--居住於此多年，濃濃菸味不時透過管線飄進室內，陽台尤其嚴重。
隔音--樓上鄰居開關房門、電燈，甚至是手機鬧鐘，都聽得非常清楚。
警衛--大部分都很客氣，包裹郵件處理也都很幫忙。
