★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來吃這家早想來嚐鮮的甜不辣與麵線，入口綿綿的麵線口感很好，裡面的肉羹令人驚艷，媲美宜蘭的林場肉羹，大腸Q感與韌度恰恰好。辣椒醬適度加些很加分。甜不辣有些口感偏硬些，調味醬很順口，白蘿蔔超甜好吃，很加分。可惜店家最後忘記在甜不辣碗中加湯，這次沒有完成最重要的一步，有扣分。會再來，以後再補碗湯喝才知道最後一顆星是否放上去。

The meat soup inside is amazing, comparable to the tree farm meat soup in Yilan. The quality and toughness of the large intestine are just right. . Adding some chili sauce in moderation is a plus. Sweet and not spicy, some have a harder taste, the seasoning sauce is very smooth, and the white radish is super sweet and delicious, which is very good. It's a pity that the store finally forgot to add soup to the sweet or not spicy bowl, this time it did not complete the most important step, and points were deducted. Will come again, and I will make up a bowl of soup later to know if the last star will be put on.

麵線我們選擇了三寶（肉羹扎實+飽滿鮮蚵+滷香大腸）非常好吃，大推。
很開心在桃園第一踩麵線吃到好料理 ：P
It's sweet or not spicy, it's soft and hard, and it won't taste like a long soak in it.
For the noodles, we chose Sanbao (solid meat soup + plump fresh oysters + braised large intestines), which is very delicious and very popular.
I am very happy to have good food at Taoyuan's first noodles line: P
