After a couple of try, Mr. Jack knew where is the real problem of my laptop and he willingly fix it. The keyboard is already malfunctioning that's why he suggested to replace it with a new one. He is very approachable and professional towards his customers. He also explains to me everything that I need to know. I'll give this store a plus ➕ 5 stars because of excellent and very friendly staff. It was really a nice experience.
