★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天是母親節,兒子早就貼心的訂位了,說這間一把米餐廳他們吃過感覺還不錯,一般假日若不預定會沒位置,我們大約11:30左右到餐廳門口,兒子去停車了,我站在那扇老舊的木紗門前上面還遮著 一塊布簾,猶豫下推開了門,進去後看見已有一桌客人在用餐,有2位服務員卻沒有主動過來招呼,等了約1分鐘我過去跟服務員說我們有3位有訂位了,服務員也沒問姓名就直接讓我們入坐了,我先點了一道鐵板豆腐和蛤蜊絲瓜,剩下的等兒子點,兒子進來後看了下周圍說環境怎麼變了,又點了蔥爆牛肉和菜單上沒有的特色菜九層塔炒海瓜子,等了約15分鐘終於來了第一道菜蛤蜊絲瓜,服務員端來了3碗飯,卻沒有逐一地放在各人餐位上,而是堆在一邊就走了,我把飯分別歸位各人,心裡想著怎麼服務這麼差,上了鐵板豆腐,吃過這麼多餐廳第一次看到鐵板豆腐裡加了個雞蛋,倒也覺得新鮮,再來的海瓜子就不敢恭維了,吃到好幾個帶砂的,這時進來一位男士到樓上轉了一圈,下來詢問服務員他要找的客人,服務員說這裡沒有可能在隔壁那間,兒子聽見了就說,這明明就不是原來的 一把米卻故意造成消費者的誤導實在不應該,我這才幡然醒悟為何服務員沒有主動上來詢問,用餐期間也看到有2-3位顧客推開門後又退出去了,可能就是知道走錯了,最後一道炒牛肉上來,服務員又是往桌邊一放就走了,而不是像一般餐廳最基本的調整菜餚的擺位,結完帳出了餐廳我刻意到隔壁去看了 一下,真的是一樣的招牌,若不留心就會走錯門了,如此的服務態度可能也就是因為有太多客人入門而不用餐所造成的吧,為何要用同樣的招牌讓顧客混淆呢?百思不得其解,兒子在車上說第一次吃飯吃到一肚子氣,拜一把米所賜,好一個母親節特別節目,本想不給星的,但想到疫情期間營生不易,所以給了一顆星,希望老闆能看到這篇評論,該更正的更正,該改進的改進,也不枉費我身受了這個母親節特別節目,第一張照片上的那個門才是原來的一把米餐廳
