 Recently bought quilt dryer! Not bad to use. The line is not long, you must use an extension cord! Of course not with other electrical appliances at the same time. The second refrigerator at home is also from Shengbao. The first one has been used for 30 years~

Asked someone to teach me to dismantle the water storage box last week~~ The response came immediately on the same day? Very patient and great service attitude! It also helped us to see if the drain pipe or something stinks, which is great!

意外發現煮出來滿好吃的，不知道是不是用到一些日本技術之類的，感覺吃起來有點像
I originally wanted to support domestic products and buy cheap ones.
I found that it was delicious when cooked. I don’t know if it uses some Japanese technology. It feels like it tastes a bit like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前天買了一台新的聲寶冷氣，開機時，馬達及風扇聲，聲音達70分貝以上，依據噪音防制法，長時間處於此狀態有害聽力受損，通知貴公司人員到場測試也承認的確聲音是很大，但後續的回應說此機型聲音就是如此，業務也拒絕退換貨，試問貴公司對售後服務的態度皆如此嗎？本來家中之前許多家電都是貴公司產品，但之後絕不再使用貴公司產品，實在是令消費者失望的公司！

The sound is very loud, but the follow-up response said that the sound of this model is like this, and the business also refuses to return or exchange goods. Is your company's attitude towards after-sales service all the same? Originally, many home appliances in the home were products of your company, but they will never use your products after that. It is a company that disappoints consumers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived in Taipei to live in June 2016 we purchased from the same dealer a new Sampo refridgerator and washing machine . Late in 2018 the freezer section of the fridge would not freeze and eventually the main fridge section would not keep food cold or chilled .
The washing machine worked OK until 9 months ago (June 2019 ) & then started to give us trouble ..This week it stopped functioning altogether .
These home appliances should last for many years,trouble free so Sampo obviously have a major problem with quality, reliabilty and durability with their products ,and I cannot recommend them .
