★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一座七層樓、現代化、智慧型圖書館大樓，裡頭以設計、觀光、日文、中國和西洋文學史類為多。桃園校區圖書館目前使用三個樓層，二樓為視聽資料室、隨選視聽系統室、參考書籍區、期刊、報紙、地圖及閱報區。三樓為中、日文圖書以及閱覽室。四樓為西文圖書、過期期刊、過期報紙以及閱覽室。
共有閱覽座位約七百席位，也有小型討論室共四間。館內有寬敞舒適的研究與閱覽空間，有最新的圖書設備，最人性化的管理與最迅速的搜尋、檢索服務。
This is a seven-story, modern and intelligent library building, which is devoted to design, sightseeing, Japanese, Chinese and Western literature and history. The Taoyuan campus library currently uses three floors. The second floor is an audio-visual reference room, an on-demand audio-visual system room, a reference book area, periodicals, newspapers, maps and newspaper reading areas. The third floor is for Chinese and Japanese books and a reading room. The fourth floor is for Western books, out-of-date periodicals, out-of-date newspapers and a reading room.
There are about 700 reading seats and four small discussion rooms. The library has spacious and comfortable research and reading space, the latest book equipment, the most user-friendly management and the fastest search and retrieval service.
