已經來吃過好幾次,簡單來說價格實惠料理美味的店家,不過也碰過同一道菜水準不一樣的狀況,但是大多數時候還是很滿意的,推薦。 【推薦】 《鳳梨蝦球》:個人吃合菜通常跳過這道,但是這裡的醬汁酸味很搭蝦球,蝦球炸工也很好,大小也不是蝦仁炒飯的等級。 《蔥爆牛肉》:調味好吃到可以把蔥通通配飯吃光。 《XO醬鮮蚵》:熱燙的鐵板盛著鮮蚵,再淋上用XO醬與韭菜快炒過的澆頭,鮮香甜濃郁的氣味,光是韭菜就能吃掉一堆飯,對我而言鮮蚵的存在感略低,哈哈。 《金沙軟絲》:炸過酥脆外層加上Q彈軟絲,金沙香氣超棒沒有腥臭味,好吃。 《老油條》:油條剖開中間夾了魚漿再去炸,油條酥脆魚漿鮮彈,醬汁酸酸甜甜的很解膩。 《魚香烘蛋》:烘蛋上面淋了用蔥辣椒菜脯炒過的豬絞肉,烘蛋很飽滿,澆頭香氣味道都好。 《胡椒香菜肚》:跟胡椒豬肚雞類似作法,差別是這道沒有跟雞一起燉,份量也比較小。豬肚軟嫩入味,湯頭胡椒香菜的香氣真是不錯,味道也很鮮我蠻喜歡的,不過這道感覺看個人口味。 【還不錯】 《五更腸旺》:通常不太愛這道,但是這裡的湯頭味道很棒,遠勝一般的熱炒店,鴨血入味,大腸軟嫩。 《香檸雞柳》:可以說是熱炒店版本的鹹酥雞,但是雞肉猜是用檸檬醃過再裹粉炸,咬下去的檸檬氣味就超越尋常的鹽酥雞,雞肉軟嫩又鮮,然後蒜酥蔥花再拌上去,雞肉蒜酥配飯就超爽。缺點就是吃一半會開始味覺疲乏有點膩。 《青龍松阪肉》:青龍就是糯米椒,吃起來不辣口感軟糯,松阪肉有彈性,調味適中。這道屬於可以不點。 《蟹黃豆腐煲》:湯頭很鮮,裡面有多種海鮮,雞蛋豆腐先把表皮燒的皺皺的再加進去,配湯一起吃不錯,這道算是半推薦。 《酥炸肥腸》:炸的程度掌握不錯,外層脆但不至於裡面都是硬的,但是吃起來單調一些。如果喜歡外層帶點水嫩有點彈性的肥腸可以改點其他道。 《宮保雞丁》:整體來說不錯,但是跟其他家餐廳的區別不大,可以不點。 《鐵板紹興蝦》:大草蝦剖半先炸到殼酥脆再拌炒,紹興香氣不錯。 《鱸魚(鹽冬瓜)》:魚還不小,上來是剖半在再鋪上醃漬冬瓜、破布子去蒸,冬瓜跟破布子味道鹹甘鮮味很足,配著鱸魚吃很不錯。 時間:2021/10、2021/11、2021/12、2022/1

Instagram:Ludybaal 原店在桃園擴展開來 大概是稍微中價位的台菜館 均價大概是200-500之間 招牌如店名就是老油條 是中間包有蝦仁以及一些魚漿物 然後帶點有點糖醋偏甜的醬汁 其他也有許多 台式川菜的菜色等 一道菜色其實份量還算不少 配上白飯的話 四個人應該四菜一湯就足夠了 今天家中六人用餐結果點了10菜一湯 幾乎剩下四道都吃不完打包 大家可以留意一下份量 另外菜色也都是下飯配飯為主 雖然口味上我覺得沒有熱炒店那麼鹹 口味下那麼重 稍微比較清爽些了 不過菜色本身關係可以留意一下重複性 推薦 老油條、蒼蠅頭(有感辣很下飯) ??子排、青龍松阪豬、九層塔透抽 也不錯 其實整體吃完沒有甚麼雷 雖然令人驚艷到的菜色可能就一兩道 我覺得是偶爾家庭聚餐是可以來吃的

There were 9 of us and we ordered 9 dishes which were all delicious. There are a few dishes that I would like to recommend. The first one was the special dish called Lao youtiao (deep fried dough sticks). It was really special. There were something like smashed shrimps stuffed inside the sticks. The second would be fried squid with salty egg yolk wrapping outside. The last would be the sugar coated sweet potatoes. You need to deep the hot sweet potato into a bowl of cold water and the sugar coated part would become as hard as a hard candy, yet the inside will still be hot and soft. It’s might be too sweet for people who don’t like sweet things, but it’s pretty good.
