只是你們內部領藥的流程可能要sync一下,已經好多次領藥時卡很久,也有兩次因為你們之間可能沒溝通好而被指教了:一次是找不到藥單打電話來質疑我到底有沒有寄單,最後又找到了,到底為什麼會來問我?
如果有這種機率為什麼堅持不開領藥單或至少ㄧ張收據?另一次是收藥單的人說因為還要幫我調藥所以先不用給健保卡,結果是前面那一位打來通知領藥,又一直跳針問我為什麼寄單時不過卡,頻頻叮嚀我記得要過卡,好像是我硬不給你們過卡。而且兩次都要問我為什麼第一單不在醫院領,我已經說過現在可以視訊看診,掛號郵寄藥單了,不太懂為什麼要問這麼多。如果真的有造成你們作業困難我可以回大樹領。

Another time, the person who received the prescription told me that I didn’t need to give me my health insurance card because I needed to adjust the medicine. The result was that the person in front called to inform me to receive the medicine, and kept skipping needles to ask me why I didn’t get the card when I sent the order. I remember asking for a card, as if I insisted not to give you a card. Moreover, I was asked twice why I didn’t receive the first order from the hospital. I have already said that I can now see a doctor by video and mail the prescription by registered mail. I don’t know why I have to ask so much. If it really makes your homework difficult, I can go back to the big tree.
