At the end of World War II, it was used as the captain's station of the Japanese Kamikaze special attack team and the communication command center of the Kamikaze fighter evacuation area. The building combines Japanese and Baroque elements.

According to legend, Xie, Xiao, Qiu, Lu, Lai, Huang, Wu, Li and others came here to cultivate in Qianlong period. Qiu and Lu are the largest ethnic groups.
