★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門市人員會用話術引誘長輩或不懂的人簽下極為不合理的合約，千方百計叫那你提前續約，沒什麼用網路的長輩被引導可以簽下每月1399的高額月組費，甚至打給客服也無法解決，那位引誘長輩簽下不合理合約的賴小姐好像調到廣豐新天地那的門市去了，幾次看到在那，也可能只是支援也可能還在這間店，各位小心，其他店員是怎麼做的我是不清楚，但他同事也不可能不知道這位同事是這樣做事的。也許整間店文化風氣就是如此。
總之可以攜碼跳家就跳家吧，短期無法跳家的，至少不要再來這間店。
