電話完全沒幫助,疫情已經是常態,發生這樣的事,物流公司的危機處理似乎就是在電話那端擺爛,這樣的物流公司有資格和全家合作,不過身為超商龍頭全家的表現也就在2/14發了個深表抱歉的公告而已。今天第十天,賣家在2月7日寄件,只有2.8公里的店到店,現在包裹查詢還在物流中心,打客服沒人服務,聽到電話語音就一肚子火,確實是疫情,也確實是這樣反應遲緩的企業還能在台灣生存。

包裹早已經超過到貨時間,如果因為疫情拖延還可以體諒,但是已經開始上班了,包裹依然躺在轉運站,收到包裹的時間遙遙無期,也沒辦法給一個合理的解釋,也沒有賠償辦法,以後我情願選遠一點的超商也不再用全家物流了

真的不懂2/10復工當天郵局就已經送進大溪倉庫的國際包裹 至今躺了12天完全沒有要安排送門市或是理貨,一直卡在訂單成立階段 是搞丟了倉庫自己都不知道?還是這種國際包裹都拿到就丟在旁邊理都不理? -- 到現在3/4訂單失效了,詢問日翊客服也只會一直說因為是廠商訂單要我詢問日本轉運廠商 詢問日本轉運廠商也說有詢問你們全家負責人員但都沒有回覆 我看日翊客服所謂的"反映給相關單位"也只是官方說法吧笑死 物流單號都調給你們了找一下包裹是很難是不是 真的是以後寧願讓日本轉運廠商寄家裡也不要寄你們倉庫 爛到一個真的無話可說了,真希望全家從你們家撤資不然我打死再也不用全家店到店:)

如果可以連一顆星都不想給,電話形同虛設,2/1寄貨2/10號確認貨物有無抵達,回覆說人員因疫情而受影響無法送貨,以上都可以理解,之後2/13以簡訊的方式告知物品濕掉了,所以需要打開重新包裝(不能理解如此重要的訊息居然是以簡訊告知⋯⋯當下還以為是詐騙⋯貴公司處理方式令人汗顏),還詢問我是否放置會濕掉的物品,物品放置在你們那邊哪麼久還好意思反問我是不是自己放置會濕掉的物品,不應該檢討自身嗎?最後只好請你們退貨回原店家,到今日2/21還是沒收到貨,也是我們主動至寄貨店家詢問物品流向,客服依舊擺爛⋯⋯任何事物都沒處理,以貨單號查詢及反應店家回覆後皆顯示以寄貨到了收貨店家,到收貨店家取件也沒半件貨物,請問是在耍我們嘍?寄貨方收貨方完全都拿不到貨物耶⋯⋯⋯會不會太扯,連退件你們都有障礙是不是?細節多到沒辦法打耶⋯⋯⋯爛到一個極致耶⋯⋯至今貴公司的電話還是打不通耶⋯連店家回覆說他們自己在家也打不進去⋯⋯是在欺騙消費者嗎?還是你們只接店家的電話啊?都要經過第三方傳達才可以??要浪費多少時間金錢你們才會爽,如果可以出國一趟飛回來都比你們收貨時間快了⋯請問是寄到外太空去了嗎?請給一個答覆好嗎?東西呢?貨物呢?
