★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掛號小姐臉色比較嚴肅，所以有時會讓人覺得她在生氣，其他護士小姐倒是比較隨和些，我認識的人有一部分是因為這樣不去的。
洗牙嘛，年長的鄭醫師不會一顆一顆洗過去，只會洗有累積齒垢的牙齒，這點好不好見仁見智，至少我是不反對的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶小孩去這家看蛀牙，去了好幾次，助手護士小姐都是態度不怎麼好，很不耐煩地要求小孩:往上坐，再往上坐，不是這樣!還要往上....嘴打大，再大...，每次都是這種態度。小孩才3.4歲，本來就害怕和緊張，害家長都有點緊張，好像怕得罪護士小姐一樣，在旁小小聲勸孩子盡力配合....真的感覺很不好!雖然牙科不是服務業，但可以對小小孩溫柔一點，好好說，讓小孩消除緊張與害怕，這應該是最基本的，小孩不害怕對看診的牙醫才更輕鬆吧? 希望能同理心一點!
