★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大溪內柵埔尾的簡氏家族，自福建南靖遷台，定居現址已有180年以上的歷史；大溪簡氏古厝為傳統閩南式三合院格局，因具有歷史文化價值、表現地域風貌、建築史及技術史價值，於民國99年登錄為歷史建築。近因颱風、地震對建築構造材料（土埆牆、清水磚造）損壞，造成屋頂及牆體嚴重的滲水、潮濕及結構外露等情形，亟需修復。
本工程發包費用2,250萬元，由文化部補助經費1,238萬元、本府配合經費787萬元，所有權人自籌225萬元，修復後將轉換為鄉村式民宿，為當地社區及遊客提供多元的農村生活體驗空間。
The Jian family in Puwei, Neizha, Daxi, moved to Taiwan from Nanjing, Fujian, and has a history of more than 180 years. The Jian family in Daxi has a traditional southern Fujian-style triple courtyard structure, which has historical and cultural value and expresses the region. The features, architectural history and technological history value were registered as historical buildings in 1999. Recent typhoons and earthquakes have damaged the building materials (soil walls, clear water bricks), causing serious water seepage, dampness, and structural exposure on the roof and walls, which need to be repaired urgently.
The contracting cost of this project is 22.5 million yuan, 12.38 million yuan subsidized by the Ministry of Culture, 7.87 million yuan from the government, and 2.25 million yuan is raised by the proprietor. After the restoration, it will be converted into a country-style house to provide local communities and tourists with a variety of Rural life experience space.

有百年歷史的埔尾簡家古厝，門牌號碼是康莊路3段583巷117號，正屋大門上有匾額書寫著「發紹龍門」，匾額下有一舊門牌，寫著「埔尾42號」。建築形式屬三合院多護龍格局，是義和地區早期最宏偉，也是歷史最久的建築，大門有類似廟宇山門的設計，屋脊燕尾翹起，飾有花鳥獸剪黏，是昔日官宦人家才會有的建築格式。抬頭望見門簷下懸著的匾額寫著「發揚民治」，是桃園縣政府林務人員贈致給簡家的匾額， 祝賀簡家子弟簡玉掌當選桃園縣第六屆縣議員。(目前整修中)
[Puwei Hundred Years Jian Family Ancient Home]
There is a hundred-year-old Jianwei ancient house in Puwei. The house number is No. 117, Lane 583, Section 3, Kangzhuang Road. There is a plaque on the front door of the house. number". The architectural form belongs to the Sanheyuan multi-dragon protection pattern. It is the most magnificent and oldest building in the Yihe area in the early days. The gate has a design similar to a temple gate. The dovetail of the roof is raised, decorated with flowers, birds and beasts. It is only in the past. Architectural format. Looking up to see the plaque hanging under the eaves read "Promote the People's Rule", which is a plaque given to the Jian family by the forestry personnel of the Taoyuan County Government. Congratulations to the children of the Jian family, Jian Yuzhang, for being elected as the sixth county councillor of Taoyuan County. (Currently under renovation)
