CP值高,份量多,沒偷工,絕對對的起價格的山產餐廳。 吃了不少復興鄉形象商圈的山產餐廳,這是我唯一推薦的。很多山產餐廳的缺點是.......貴、份量少,偷工,偷料、太油、太鹹....最後都是白飯+炒飯+炒麵吃飽的,但是這間不是,值得肯定。 今天農曆初一跟家人5人出遊,點了他們的鹹酥炸香菇、麻油水蓮、高山香菇湯、清蒸高山冷鱒魚、蔥爆牛肉、香菇炒麵,共6道菜,1470元,物超所值。 蔥爆牛肉、香菇炒麵火候控制得很好,有鑊氣,香菇炒麵還加肉片,不錯。 麻油水蓮炒過之後麻油的香氣+枸杞混在一起,很特別,而且水蓮的脆度與顏色維持不錯。 鹹酥炸香菇沒有跟一些店家先預炸,是直接第一次裹粉之後下油鍋炸的,外酥內軟,內層的香菇還保有水分,如果是用先預炸的方式,對店家省事,但是炸出來的香菇很乾,這間店明顯不是,非常用心。 清蒸高山冷鱒魚價錢499小貴,但是吃得出來冷鱒魚非常新鮮,對得起499的價格。 這間店有個特色,很喜歡在菜中加上枸杞,用枸杞的微甜取代調味料,來帶出食材的味道,順便讓點綴菜餚,這還是第一次吃到這種作法,非常特別。 基本上今天吃的這6道菜,沒有一道有踩到地雷,如果沒有預算限制,我特別推薦499元的清蒸高山冷鱒魚,新鮮的鱒魚連魚皮的膠質都十分可口,令人驚豔。
