在裡面工作一段長時間了，好員工大概都走的差不多。看不出有什麼制度可言 ? 這樣做下來，個人的心得是，想來這裡上班的話，我個人覺得要三思了......
要不是去年疫情嚴重，換跑道不易，不然一年前早就走了 (雖然現在疫情也沒好到哪去)。還有，我只能說如果主管的無能經常遷怒於員工，那就真的不夠格

After working in it for a long time, the good employees have probably left almost the same. I don't see any system to speak of? After doing this, my personal experience is that if I want to come to work here, I personally think that I have to think twice...
If it weren't for the severe epidemic last year, it was not easy to change the runway, or I would have left a year ago (although the epidemic is not much better now). Also, I can only say that if the supervisor's incompetence is constantly taking anger on the employees, it is really not qualified.
