★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在我一個外人來看，這家公司對員工很苛刻，年輕人幾乎都待不久，有員工做10年以上，年終只給1.5個月（笑稱乞丐分），這幾年新冠疫情口罩用料出貨也應該不少，有賺錢去不願意分紅勞工的公司，屬私人家族企業。外勞朋友去看一看都不願意待下去了。很多老而不退的沒有戰力的員工，新血不能帶動未來發展，我猜測不用10年這家公司就會因人才外流而收場。
From an outsider’s point of view, this company is very harsh on its employees. Young people almost stay for a short time. Some employees have worked for more than 10 years, and they only give 1.5 months at the end of the year (laughingly called beggar points). There should also be a lot of goods. There are companies that make money and are unwilling to pay dividends to labor. It is a private family business. Friends of foreign workers are not willing to stay any longer. There are many old and incompetent employees, and new blood cannot drive future development. I guess it will not take 10 years for this company to end due to brain drain.
