★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要不是一定要給星,我一顆星都不想給。真的是心都冷了，想國際牌廣告打的那麼貼心，形象感覺還不錯，但是，買了電視，洗衣機，電冰箱後，超級後悔，讓我對國際牌真的不會考慮再使用他家的任何產品。１、電視機－無法收訊，來維修好幾次都堅持說是我們近山收訊不良，可是跟維修員說鄰居住一樓確沒收訊不良的問題，維修員回我因為我們住６樓比較高所以收不到訊號我認了，我們自行買數位盒收訊都沒問題，後來數位盒的電線壞掉，想說數位盒收訊沒問題再請國際牌來檢查(因為電視本身有隨機數位盒)另外一名維修員就拿了新的機上盒讓我們試用，收訊完全沒問題證明本來就有故障的機上盒在保固期內堅持他家的產品是好的，過了保固期才認同產品是瑕疵品，我要換必須自費2500元，氣人更是爛透了。2、電冰箱也中了機王，第一台是3門用了6年多，蔬果盒開始把我的青菜水果都結成冰凍壞了，維修員來了數次問題解決不了，後來冰箱冷藏就完全沒有溫度食物全部壞掉，換了2門用了2個多月，又讓我發現冷藏的雞蛋變雞蛋冰了，說是我放錯位置，接著又發現青菜也凍傷了，叫我把出風口包起來，冷空氣就不會那麼強就不會凍傷青菜和雞蛋，買冰箱還要這麼麻煩要冰東西還得先加工自備一些珍珠板隨時封住出風口????????真是太爛的說詞
