肉燥是比較多肥肉的版本，市場上比較少見，但我很喜歡。抄手的醬汁比較不合我意（醬油很搶戲，紅油呢？），但肉質本身不錯，或許當餛飩麵很不錯。刀切麵的麵體嚼勁也很讚！
I ordered minced pork noodles and red oil chaoshou, and I was very satisfied.
Sautéed pork is a more fatty version, which is relatively rare in the market, but I like it very much. The sauce of Chao Shou is not to my liking (soy sauce is very popular, what about red oil?), but the meat itself is good, maybe it is good as wonton noodles. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛搬來這想說吃吃看，點個半筋半肉牛肉麵，刀削麵跟牛肉還不錯，但一咬到整個臭酸到不行牛筋都快吐了，跟店員反應一句抱歉也沒，要來吃的注意……不知道會不會拉肚子
I just moved here and wanted to talk and eat, so I ordered beef noodles with half tendon and half meat. The noodles and beef were pretty good, but when I bit into the whole, the tendon was so stinky that I almost vomited. I didn’t say sorry to the clerk, but I wanted to. Be careful when you come to eat...I don't know if it will cause diarrhea
